Privacy Policy

This page describes, in outline, how VaultBoyMe intends to handle the photos and personal information you share with it. It is a starting point for a real privacy policy, not a substitute for one reviewed by a lawyer familiar with your jurisdiction and applicable law (e.g. GDPR, CCPA).

What we collect

The photo you upload, the character artwork we generate from it, and — if you place an order — your shipping address, email, and payment confirmation from our payment processor. We do not require an account to use the character generator.

How we use it

Your photo is sent to our AI provider solely to generate your character artwork. If you order a t-shirt, your artwork and shipping details are sent to our print fulfilment partner solely to produce and ship your order.

Storage and retention

Photos and artwork are stored privately and are not publicly accessible. Uploads that are never turned into an order are retained for a limited period and then deleted on a schedule we intend to make configurable.

You can request deletion of your photo and artwork at any time by contacting us (see the Contact page).
