What kind of photo should I upload?
A clear, well-lit photo where you and your pose are easy to see works best. Full-body or half-body shots tend to give the most character to work with.
How many times can I generate a character for free?
Three free generations per visit. After that, you can pay a small fee to keep trying different looks.
Can I download my character without buying a shirt?
Yes — a good-quality version of your character is free to download for personal use, wallpaper, or sharing, no purchase required.
Is this official Fallout / Vault Boy merchandise?
No. Every character is an original illustration in a retro-futuristic, nuclear-age comic-mascot style. VaultBoyMe isn't affiliated with or endorsed by Bethesda Softworks or the Fallout franchise.
What happens to my photo?
It's stored privately, used only to generate your character, and is never made public. See our Privacy Policy for details.
